Fernand Kolney

Fernand Kolney was the pen name of the French novelist, pamphleteer and journalist Ferdinand Édouard Pochon, who also wrote as Fernand Pochon de Colnet. He was close to the French anarchist movement and was one of the better-known writers of the neo-Malthusian campaign for birth control.
